My Take
This is a great tool to use with teenagers. I really like the correct terminology that is used. I also like the stories that students can read about other teens. The videos are a little cheesy at times, but they break the ice on a touchy subject. The website is really great for research purposes and just letting students explore on their own.
How I Use It
I use this to teach Teen Pregnancy, Sex Education, Conception, and Contraception with the Teen Living and Parenting & Child Development students. This can be a very touchy subject that teenagers are very interested in. I used this to have students research contraceptives, correct terminology, and STD prevention. Students love being able to search on their own and I love that the information is not too adult, but brought forth in a more teen appropriate way.
