My Take
I love Pinterest. It is a great resource for many different things. I love that you create your own categories for your boards and can save the the Pins to the boards that go with what you are teaching. Sometimes it is hard to create lessons or come up with ideas. This is so helpful. I have found so many wonderful lessons, crafts, and activities. I think this is a wonderful resource.
How I Use It
I use this product as a resource for my classroom. I look up activities and lessons pertaining to what we are doing in the classroom. I have found many activities, crafts, and lessons on Pinterest. You click on the category you are looking for and type in a subject. You are then given a lists of ideas that relate to what you are looking for. Teachers and parents post a lot of ideas that you may not otherwise think of. You are also able to Pin and Like posts and save them to boards that you categorize. You can name the groups based on the activities you are using the posts for. The boards are a great way to keep track of your pins and your ideas.
