My Take
Little kids are not going to understand financial responsibility the way adults do but I believe this game will give kids at least an idea about how to handle money. In the game, you have a limited amount of money and you get to decide if you want to save the leftover, spend some, or spend all of it. The game format will help students understand the bigger picture.
How I Use It
I would use this to tie into a money-related lesson for the math section of the class. While teaching students how to add money I can also teach them some financial responsibility as well.

Engaging to teach young kids financial responsibility
This is a very cute and fun game to teach kids about financial literacy. I feel like students are not taught enough about financial literacy and taxes and how to use money in a correct and efficient manner in today's society. This game will help students learn from a very young age what money is and the importance of saving and spending money so that when they get older they can plan for their futures, including their careers and future families.
