Easy way to differentiate your small group time
I love the fact that I can easily challenge my students during our small group time. It gives the students an assessment at the beginning which allows the lessons to be specialized for each student.

The complete Ela package
I like that kids advance at their own pace but it keeps them in ELA content. I like that it has all part of literacy learning from phonics to stories. The kids love earning the badges , seeing them move up the path and talking in the microphone.
The one area I do not like is that I do not have access to all reports because my school does not use it nor is it available for a single use by a teacher so I can not see their growth.

Simple game that keeps giving all year long
I like that it helps students feel successful and gives them immediate feedback. I like that they can understand instructions relatively easily and the teacher interface is easy to use. It’s not so engaging that students get overexcited and impatient but it’s engaging enough to keep their attention. Would love to see a few more timed exercises to test fluency in reading sounds are very short words.

The perfect supplement to our intervention curriculum!
My kids beg to use this program daily. They love everything about it! We use this as a station in our intervention groups. I got my class signed up, it gave them an overview of how the program works, gives them sounds, words, and stories. They also like the feature of being able to read to the computer and have it repeat it to them. They like the trails it takes them through to see their progress. They like to unlock new stories and badges. As a teacher, I like the reports and data I can look over and see where struggles and strengths are.

Awesome phonics activities for elementary learners!
Lalilo is exceptional because it follows developmental literacy skills. It also adapts to a child's individual abilities and gives them practice based upon their needed skills. I enjoy how the data is illustrated in my teacher portal because I can quickly see areas I need to focus on for one student or groups of students. This program helps me direct my teaching to target student gaps and misunderstandings.

Very interactive & engaging for students! All the students I work with have asked if they can have more time to use Lalilo. They are learning while having fun doing so.
Overall I like Lalilo because my students enjoy doing it, yet they are learning. It's very engaging and is helping to build foundational skills. I like that there is a scope and sequence for me to reference, along with a progress board for me to monitor their progress which allows me to see when I may need to provide additional instruction in an area that may be difficult.
I also like that the instructions to send home are very easy to follow and easy for parents to set up. I can monitor how much time students are spending at home working on the program as well.

Lalilo is such a great tool! The kids love to use it and I like that I can see which sounds and skills they have mastered. I like that they can hear the sounds properly in French. Parents like having an educational activity at home too.
I love Lalilo, because it is engaging for the kids, and they hear the proper pronunciation of letters and sounds, when I am unable to be one on one with them (i.e during centres, at home with non-Francophone parents). I like that I can tell parents that Lalilo tailors learning to their child's needs.
Today, a parent asked a question, and I was able to ask Lalilo chat - I got a response ASAP. Merci!
One thing that I think was new this year, and a bit annoying, was the placement test - it was so hard and many students (all new to Lalilo), became very frustrated/lost interest fast. Once I explained that it would adjust to their level, i was able to get them back on board. Could the test start off easier, and stop when the child gets a certain number of activities incorrect? So they don't experience such failure right off the bat?

Amazing Interactive Literacy Tool
I love how students can practice the skill they need to be working on. Parents can help their students by letting them practice at home.

I am so excited about this program. My kids are too! Phonics is an area of great concern for this class and this program is a great help.
So far I am very impressed. I will be studying the reports that this gives me and hope that those will be helpful.

Love it!
I really enjoy this program for a short 15 intervention time. I would not spend more than 15 minutes on the program because the kids can become bored. I love how it teaching the students to sound out words correctly rather than sound out letters in isolation. It does a great job of teaching them that certain letters combined together always make a certain sound.
