This tool is great for providing extra resources to students who show a keen interest in science or social studies. I would recommend that it'd be used for students who are in the general skill level of their grade, or advanced, considering that this website is made for a deeper understanding of what is taught in the classroom. It could be used as an extra studying tool if a student needs to learn from a different viewpoint, but otherwise, I would stick to general or advanced students.

I really love this project as it is a way to keep kiddos engaged in learning and exploring new things. This product does so in such an entertaining and fun way. It keeps kids motivated and excited to keep learning.

It's very easy to use and interesting and engaging. It has something for everyone. I liked the many different topics presented on the site and different learning techniques.

The website provides sufficient information for students to learn more about different animals. The information of each animal is clearly stated and introduced in a way that is easier for kids to understand. The games on the website are also very helpful to the kids to learn.

This is a really entertaining method of learning and I like that it touches on a wide variety of concepts. It also provides the student with different modes of learning (IE quizzes, games). What I do not like is that the website lacks organization and direction. It would be much more helpful to organize the games and quizzes by skill level or more specific category. I would not want my students to get distracted taking a quiz about giraffees or food when I want them to learn about Jamestown. I think this is a good resource for individual learning or if students want to brush up on basic knowledge but I would not employ it as a classroom activity.

I like this project as a teaching tool because it keeps students connected and entertained. Students can find answers to clear their curious minds.

This is a wonderful tool that students can use for independent reading and research!

Excellent resource for searching. Kid friendly and easy to search by topics and filter by date. Being able to source the citation in a tiny url made it valuable as we incorporate a few mini lessons on citation. Used on the iPad learners appreciated the zoom in out feature. Nice to see videos, books and images included.

This is a great website. The information is clear and easy to process. The students I teach ranging from kindergarten through fifth grade love seeing the pictures and playing the games. The search feature makes it easy to find information or students can click on the pictures to navigate the website. My youngest students had some difficulty navigating on their own to find games. They also would benefit from a read to you feature. Overall this a valuable tool for your classroom!

It's a great tool for introducing a new topic or as a way to deeper student understanding of a topic since much of the content is comprehensive and presents a global perspective. I like the video selections and the collaboration features which include being able to vote on opinion questions or post photos of your own.
