My Take
I liked that it is styled very similarly to other picture presentations apps, so students who use smart phone regularly were able to use this app with very little teacher instruction. Those who had never used something similar before were able to easily navigate through the app with a little support. All students were able to be engaged and participate in the making of the product, which doesn't always happen in group projects.
How I Use It
This app is easy to use for all learners, and is a great way to showcase pictures creatively. There is no learning, necessarily, but I've used this app in the past for a few things: to introduce students to each other with simple slide shows (30 seconds); showcase student engagement at a training for a team on campus; create slideshows showcasing advertisements using ethos/pathos/logos. It's a great presentation tool for making something quick and easy that can be a great summative assessment of a particular lesson or topic.
