The most user-friendly 3d design tool I've found
Community Review for Tinkercad
My Take
There are a number of video tutorials available as well as step by step text tutorials in Project Ignite, so it can be used by learners with a range of literacy levels. I love that it saves as students work, so lost work is rare. It would be even better if Tinkercad or Project Ignite gave teachers the ability to access/share student designs.
How I Use It
I've used Tinkercad for 6th and 8th grade technology classes, middle school science, and summer camp. Now that Autodesk has made Tinkercad part of their suite of tools, it's become more robust. Initially, it was difficult to use with students under 13, but now they've integrated it with Project Ignite which includes a teacher dashboard and the ability to sign in with school GAFE accounts. Now it's a much better experience.
