Not just a timeline tool. A great research tool as well!

My Take
Tiki-Toki is not just about the timeline. I use it to help develop research skills and for critical thinking and reading comprehension skills.
How I Use It
I used this for my students to research events that were important causes of the antisemitism of WWII. They then understood better how the events of Elie Wiesel's memoir Night caould have taken place. They gained insight into how the event happened and synthesized important information and summarized the info into their own words. Also, it shows progression and growth in characters and plot development in novels. Its especially useful when plots are complicated and have flashbacks or disruptions. It has helped illustrate how things in the past effect the characters actions of the future.
