My Take
The directions for this game were clear, and the game provides support for beginners which was nice. However, I did not feel that the graphics were engaging, nor was the content interesting or educational. I don't plan to use this in my classroom.
How I Use It
I would not use this App in my teaching. I don't feel that it is educational nor is it tied to any concrete curriculum.

Frustrating and Level Ups can Really Add Up
Sandbox does appease to the Minecraft crowd of students. The ability to design and create is a definite bonus and for some students it was a valid learning experience. I wouldn't use this as a teaching tool and would have a hard time justifying it as a learning opportunity. However, I would encourage certain students to explore the game outside of school and have them show me their results.
