I have been teaching for 13 years and have taught a variety of ages and subjects. Most recently, I've been teaching 5th grade, which I love. It has been a goal of mine for the past few years to incorporate technology tools in my classroom in meaningful and productive ways. I have reinvented some "tried and true" lessons through the use of technology and watched student motivation soar in response. I want to continue learning about different tech tools and innovative ways to incorporate them in my classroom. I am also a mom to two wonderful children, a 5 year old boy and 3 year old girl- they keep me on my toes ;).
