Excellent visual representations for students to see, read, or create.
Very neat way to visually display text, and get a discussion going. I plan to use this often as a way to spark conversation in small group and classroom lessons.
How I Use It
Students use their own writings to create a tagxedo. I am a counselor and had students use tagxedo with a classroom lesson. I first asked students to digitally journal about a topic that was stressing them out. The students then copy and pasted what they had written into tagxedo and created a shape with their words in it. This was a great exercise for students to see which words stood out, and which they used most frequently.
