My Take
Overall, Stack the States is an excellent tool for fun and review in the classroom! Although it does not extended learning, it helps students solidify their knowledge about the states. I think students would love to be able to play this game if they finished their work early or had moments of free time throughout the day. by having resources such as Stack the States, teachers can make sure every moment at school is utilized to the fullest!
How I Use It
As a future educator, I loved exploring this tool for reviewing states! In this game, students are asked to identify different different facts about each state. For example, students may be asked to select the correct state capital or choose the state's nickname. Once a student gets an answer correct, they must stack the states as high as possible without them falling! In my classroom, I would use this as a way to continue state reviewing all year long!
