Great Online Interactive Graphic Organizers - Especially for Writing!

My Take
I have used readwritethink as long as it has been around. I was super excited to see certain interactives have recently been transformed by the International Reading Association into free apps. I am waiting for my favorite interactive - Essay Map - to be made into an app. When I first began using RWT online, there was no way to save products so you had to print or else all was lost. This has been improved online and on the apps as save and email features are now present.
How I Use It
ReadWriteThink has so many great features but the ones I use the most are the "student interactives." In particular the Essay Map helps my students who have executive skill deficits in planning and organization put together a linear plan for a standard 5 paragraph essay. I also have had students use the timeline interactive when assigned timeline creation as part of a project. While these tools are not slick and they are certainly not in game format, my students with print disabilities (dyslexia, dysgraphia) are very appreciative of the clean, linear structure and my students with attention disorders are also greatly assisted.
