My Take
I think its a great tool, it has been a life saver for my school during 2020. I like it because it actually facilitates collaboration and real time feedback, students like it because it is an engaging platform. Besides that, they have a great support team, specially useful when a school is trying to implement new educational technologies.
How I Use It
I use Kami in such different ways:it is my digital whiteboard when I want to explain something to the whole class, I use it for homework preparing an interactive Kami document where kids can practice, reflect, add text or video comments, I also use it as an interactive document to work in small groups during class, because it gives my students the opportunity to collaborate on the same document and it gives me, as a teacher, the ability to be there with them giving effective feedback in real time, even when teaching online!
