Geo Walk HD - 3D World Fact Book is a fun app with a great deal of facts. When it comes to integration into the 21st century classroom, this app falls short. It is fun to learn information. Students will gain facts from around the world. It would be best utilized as one resource in a collection of many when researching information.
How I Use It
Geo Walk HD - 3D World Fact Book could be used in a social studies classroom. I could see this app being utilized when completing research projects on a particular region of the world. There are a great deal of cards with facts that lead to Wikipedia. Students could use Geo Walk as a springboard into researching using other websites and resources.
I would suggest this app be part of a center for extra inquiry. Students could have fun learning new facts.
