My Take

I try to use short clips to keep students' attention and to transition in my lessons. Flocabulary has rap songs and some videos on a wide variety of topics and subjects. The students always love flocabulary. It is frequently requested by the students. They will even sing along with it.

How I Use It

I play the flocabulary song or video to introduce a topic and many other times throughout my history unit. The students do not get tired of hearing it and they do learn portions of the song and therefore the information being presented.
