Delta Math has excellent practice, with included videos. Set it up to practice until the concept is understood

My Take

Many interactive assignments that students cannot do on paper--excellent
Loads of practice problems for so many topics--excellent
They respond to requests, if you cannot find problems of a certain type, ask and it is likely already in the works--excellent

It is an easy to use interface, it is free. If you want additional features like testing, there is a fee, but it is essentially the same price you would pay for one student to do online-based homework from your textbook. Totally worth it.

How I Use It

The practice is excellent. Many schools purchase homework solutions for each student. DeltaMath can be used for FREE for practice and the teacher can set up each section for practice, the number to get right, etc. If they miss one, its ok, DeltaMath will add another so they can still meet the requisite correct quantity. Teachers can add their own problems--I used this when I needed them to confirm directions, etc. I did not add many of my own problems as I didn't need to, the courses I needed were already very rich. I did buy the upgrade because I used for testing and for about $100, it was an easy buy. The tests were awesome. I could assign a practice test, then a real test, then test corrections for credit back. I can change the score on a question if I want to give partial credit. So many good features. And, if you ask for something that makes sense, DeltaMath will put that on their list and that idea could show up as a feature.
With requests last year, they added connections to several popular school softwares so that DeltaMath could be linked to the gradebook. They listen and they respond.
I said less than 5 minutes for the creation of an assignment or test, with practice. The initial set up could be half an hour, depending on your software savvy.
