However, there are some features that need to be paid for; I believe students should get discounts. Regardless of this, there is plenty for people to choose from, despite the premium features. This product helps ease tension, promote self improvement, and encourages relaxation with nighttime noise
How I Use It
There are many exercises that can be used for not only students but also professors. Mindfulness and mental health is extremely important, as taking care of oneself will facilitate less stress, relaxation, and productivity. Meditation is a great tool for reflecting and taking thoughts off one's mind, which is helpful for both students and teachers. During exam weeks, I would definitely use this app in class since students would have a lot on their plate.
