The quick meditations are a great way to get students calm and focused after coming in from recess or lunch.
I think it is a wonderful addition to any classroom. This tool supports students' whole well being, and introduces them to mindfulness as a tool to calm and focus themselves for times they need help doing so. Meditation has shown to improve focus in students, as well as improve their overall happiness. It is easy to use, and could be built upon as students embrace the idea and purpose of mindfulness.
