Hapara Workspaces is in my top 2 of all teaching products I have used! I have gotten to create authentic and meaningful lessons for students on all grade levels. The best thing is that I can continue to use the Workspaces forever! I just make a copy each year and add the new students and BAM! Its all done for me! I build it once! It helped me take back my weekend!

This tool is very easy for people to learn how to use, and can save time from year to year so I do not have to keep sharing my documents with students one at a time, they are all there ready to go.

Such a great tool, for both virtual and in-person learning. If students are away, they can access the videos from the lesson and the work that they missed all in one place. Teachers can see who has submitted their work and who is still working on it, and provide feedback and resources in real time through the Hapara Dashboard.

The most useful features are often overlooked in Hapara. It really smooths out using Google Docs and email with students. I'd advise them to put some development time into the niche cases of the highlights software however, such as when students are signed into multiple devices or when they are using multiple desktops.

I like how adaptable the Hapara suite is. Whatever your need, Hapara can accomplish it.

Our school board has used Hapara for 7 years. Every educator leveraged the WORKSPACE component during the Covid remote learning phases. So many instructors don't know how they lived without it. It's a simple and easy to use tool which works in conjunction with the content we already have in Google Workspace. This tool was the one-stop-shop for families to view tasks and activities from every teacher. The student dashboard helps students organize tasks via upcoming and over due work. Teachers can post links to other sites to make navigation to other tools and activities part of the workflow of the Workspace. I would love to see a discussion tool in Hapara in the future.

This is an incredible teaching tool because it really supports ease of use in technology. The student dashboard gives our students the ability to manage their own learning. I wish I could create a template of my workspaces and embed certain elements without recreating them. I love the fact that I can give different students a variety of website options. This has helped keep students very focused online.

What I like: differentiation, built-in-feedback tools, being able to support students in making positive digital choices instead of just blocking things, time-saving feedback tools, the ability to access a ton of other teachers' lessons so I can find inspiration or even copy a workspace to edit for my own students, the ability to create my own lesson to my students' needs rather than being confined to someone else's curriculum, and the ability to support students discreetly so nobody knows they're getting additional support. What I don't like: honestly, nothing! And if I ever do find something that isn't working, their community support is tops and it gets fixed right away!

While you can easily dive right into using the highlights features and dashboard, there is a bit of a learning curve for the workspace feature. I especially like the guided browsing and the ability to save time by quickly opening a website for my students. Also, the ability to see student work and provide feedback on documents that have been submitted yet is awesome, especially for students who may struggle complete work in time. Overall it is a fantastic tool, but it is important to train teachers up front so that they can use it more efficiently and effectively. Fortunately there is also a strong online community for support as well.
