The great part about this app is that it is free and requires nothing extra once you get the Osmo kit. If you buy the kit, you might as well download the Masterpiece app. My fourth graders quickly tired of it after a bit given that the other apps that come with Osmo are much more engaging and easy to use. However, if you have a budding artist at home, this could be a great way to show him the importance of key lines in drawing.

I love Osmo and all of it's games. Masterpiece is a very useful tool to foster creativity and boost a student's confidence in art. Students really enjoy creating pictures and showing them off. It is also an excellent tool to strengthen eye-hand coordination.
