Padlet makes collaboration easy for students and teachers!
Padlet allows students to share ideas in real time. Students are engaged during an idea-sharing session as they watch the the chain of ideas grow and see their thoughts appear. It works well in a large group with a projector but can also be handy in small group or individual work. Another benefit is the record students have to return to and the ability to move ideas around use the visual of the sticky notes.

create quick group brainstorming walls and limited word collaboration spaces.
Padlet is easy to use on any device. It is easy to set-up. Sometimes it is inconsistent on a tablet device, but refreshing the screen seems to fix it every time. It does not require a login just a link for students to access it, so it is great to use with younger students who don't have email addresses. The teacher should be logged in while students are adding to a site to monitor and delete items if necessary. If there are many users, it is important to teach them how to move their notes arounds so they don't all end up in the same place on top of each other. This can be a challenge with a lot of people using a pad at a time.
