This is a simple, easy-to-use app that you can use to produce whiteboard-style videos or pair with Apple TV to project work on a screen.
I like this product and used it for over a year. If you want a more advanced video creator with more features, Knomia or Explain Everything might be the way to go. It would probably be best to start with Educreations or Show Me, which are both simpler and easier to use.

Oh the possibilities!
This is one of those apps that can be used for multiple age levels and academic areas. The content comes from the student. This app is just a great method for getting the content out there for others to see.

Simple and powerful digital whiteboard app that can make presentations come to life.
Educreations is so simple that it is accessible to teachers and even young students. It works for all students, because it gives students a way to make their thinking visible using pictures, words, annotations, and voice. This app is really a must have for the classroom. I love to use it in math to see if students are able to solve a problem with explanation. It is much easier to see any misconceptions through an Educreations presentation than with a paper and pencil assessment.

Great app for student creations!
This app is primarily used by teachers to create "how-to", informational and review videos. But I like it for student use. Students have to plan out their project. Works well for small groups, too.

Allows students to show what they know without limiting them
I love using this as a formative assessment. Since it is a whiteboard, there is no structure to limit the students' creativity or parameters to hold them back. They can use the pens to draw, the camera to take pictures to include, and record their voices to show understanding. I wish that it was not necessary to publish the videos online in order to share them. I'd rather that they were able to save the video to the camera roll and then import it into their Google drive for saving purposes. Since my students are under 13, they can't publish to the internet without permission.

Great tool for students and teachers to present thoughts and ideas.
Overall this app is great because you are able to embed your own photos then write over them and record the thought process at the same time. It then pushes them out as an mp4 that can be emailed or put on any website. This feature is great and it really did not take long for students to be able to catch onto it.

Great app for non-verbal communication.
I think this is a great app that is easy to use and limited only by your imagination. Students will discover many uses and enjoy working with it instead of paper and pencil.
