Fun Math Drills App, Different than the rest
I love this app, because it's beautifully done and very engaging. It's different from the other math drills apps, because you choose from usually a bank of 4 (whittled down to 2 to match though). You can't choose specific tables to practice, but it does touch upon skills like double digit addition, etc.

Fluency Practice made easy!
This app is a great way to keep students engaged while working on math fact fluency. We have a number of ways that we try to get the students to practice, but this is a favorite. It does go a little fast in my opinion, but students seem to be able to take that in stride.

Students engaged in skill and drill mathematics with the twist of connecting equations. Great for logic!
My students really like this app. They are familiar with the process because we use FasttMath, another product created by the same developers. The monsters are fun looking rather than scary and I love the fact that the students have to use their logical skills to match the equations, rather than choose answers.

Very challenging math app but helpful for seeing structure in addition and multiplication facts!
First off, sushi monster is challenging even for the advanced learner. However, with the implementation of Common Core, this is exactly the type of thinking that we are asking our kids to engage in. Kids not only have to think about what numbers they can add or multiply together to get to a single total, they have to plan ahead to the next few numbers that have to be created. It's an incredibly challenging game of math chess, thinking moves ahead in order to feed the sushi monster. That said, after a while, kids can get frustrated. Unless they see the "structure" and "patterns" in the numbers themselves and come up with a strategy that works, it may lead to an early end to the game by the student itself.

Fun, fast paced game that works amd engages many ages!
This game is cute and lots of fun. There are levels that progress and the beginning rounds each level start easy and then progressively get more challenging. It is a little tricky if you use the "wrong" two numbers you might run out of number sentences that work, but it is still bunches of fun! The kids have to think quickly as the numbers are drifting by and this helps with our one-minute math type tests!

The sushi monster is hungry and must be fed! Addition and multiplication practice.
My students (remedial support, grades 2-5) love this app and have a lot of fun playing it. It gives them additional individual practice/reinforcement with addition and multiplication facts. It works well for students who are currently learning math facts at grade level as well as for students who are receiving remedial math support. Both boys and girls enjoy playing this app. It should not replace instruction; it just provides an additional engaging avenue for extra practice with math facts.
