Creativity: Defining What's Yours
What makes creative work yours?
We call all kinds of things "creative," but determining what actually makes something creative is harder than it sounds. A cover song, a modified jacket, a footprint in the mud—some of these feel creative, and some don't. In this lesson, students sort a set of everyday examples from least to most creative, defend their choices to each other, and build a definition of creativity in their own words.

Originality – the quality of being new or different, whether that's something totally fresh or a new spin on something that already exists
Intentionality – making something on purpose with a goal or idea in mind, rather than by accident
