Kaili has over 10 years of experience as both an educator and administrator in school communities around the world ranging from Richmond, California to Bali, Indonesia. Kaili joined Common Sense as the Foundations Manager of education-related grants in 2018 and works closely with the education program team to develop funding streams for their work. Prior to working at Common Sense, she spent her days at school refereeing the four-square court, introducing coding and smartbots to second graders, and supporting teachers on best practices for providing developmentally appropriate, culturally responsive, social emotional learning opportunities for all students.
