Hello there,I'm Ericka, an early career school psychologist who is excited to learn more from educators around the world. I am a school psychologist in an urban district in the Midwest. A big portion of my job includes helping with multilevel tiered supports. This includes leading social emotional skills groups, coordinating behavior interventions, conducting functional behavioral analyses, providing individual counseling, and also completing special education evaluations. Needless to say, I've become much more focused on service delivery to individual and groups of students in recent days and love learning about tech tools that can help with that.
