My involvement in early childhood education and youth development has accumulated over 16 years of combined education, volunteer, and professional work that has taken me to more than 45 countries. My professional interest in teaching remains tightly aligned to the belief that education has the power to transform lives, communities, and institutions. I have embraced digital technologies as a way to explore innovative methods to transform learning opportunities by focusing on a variety of pathways for students to engage in more authentic and relevant learning experience from early years.I strongly believe innovation is not only about acquiring new skills or integrating the latest digital technology in the classroom rather it is about approaching things with an open mind to embrace challenges and opportunities as well as inspiring and empowering the people around you to model high expectations, collaboration, equity, natural creativity and curiosity that allows them to become lifelong learners.
