I have a M.Ed. in Secondary Social Science Education and an Ed.S. in Instructional Technology. I have done blog entries for Graphite, EverFi, and Sophia.

I spent nine years in the classroom where I integrated technology on a daily basis. I encouraged my students to try new apps and share them with me when they found something exciting. I utilized Socrative for online testing, Remind101 for communication with students and parents, and a variety of other tools. After ISTE 2014, I became excited about flipping my AP Psychology class and incorporating a Twitter-based assignment for vocabulary! Kids loved it even though there was a learning curve for all of us.

Currently, I am a Technology Training/Integration Specialist for the Cobb County School District in Marietta, Georgia. I work one-on-one, in small groups, and with whole faculties to incorporate new technology and streamline their classrooms.
