I teach 6th grade English Language Arts in Brooklyn, NY. Many of my kids have IEPs or are ELLs. Even though most of my kids enjoy reading, they naturally like to use technology in the classroom. I don't like using learning apps as I feel they're just time wasting games, but I do use a lot of websites and other apps to entice my kids to participate in lessons.
