My Take

I loved creating the interactive maps. It was a great way for kids to combine geography and history. My only negative was that I didn't read the fine print for the free account and the map locked after 100 views. It was going to be pretty pricey to upgrade and I decided not to upgrade. I get the impression that it's more of a business application but with the right pricing and with a dedicated sales rep who has an education background, I think it could be a great teaching tool.

How I Use It

I used ZeeMaps to create an interactive map for a lesson I did with pirates. I was blown away with how easy it was to create a fun interactive experience for my 7th grade students that incorporated text, images, video and really detailed maps.
