My Take

Easy tool to use to make a rudimentary recording of a specific narration piece. Easy to export or download your file. In my opinion, it is better to record the student's voice as they read or recite allowed. This option allows for tone, infliction and emphasis to be "heard" giving students a thorough understanding of "voice" as they recite a passage or message. Vocaroo- http://vocaroo.com/ is a tool that allows that and has many more support options, as well as, sharing options.

How I Use It

This tool was used to create voice narrations to use in other apps and projects. It also was used as a rudimentary tool for ESL students to "hear" the sentences that they had written or constructed. The app is fairly intuitive and easy for students to manage the features. The share options are limited depending on the types of apps you have downloaded.
