Writing made simple with the aid of beautiful images.

My Take
This is a unique take on digital writing. Students have a wealth of images to choose from when designing their short digital stories. The artwork is beautiful, engaging and sorted by categories to help eliminate the amount of time some students might take to choose which image(s) they want.
How I Use It
I foresee using this in a way that lets students practice using focused, previously taught writing skills/vocabulary. For example, following a unit on figurative language I would have my seventh graders create a short story that uses similes, metaphors, imagery, personification, etc. Because students wouldn't be focused on creating or searching through google images I believe students would be able to focus more on the writing skill and less on the visual piece of their final story.
