My Take
This app has 15 engaging phonics activities. The app lets you hear, touch, read and eventually master sound-spelling through activities, movies, and songs. Kids discover the relationship between spoken and written language while having fun learning to read.
How I Use It
I use this app and the Starfall ABC's app. while I introduce Kindergartners to their classroom iPod touch set, they can navigate through it and it keeps them engaged, that is quite the endorsement. I also use the Starfall ABC's app. It is shocking how engaging these apps are, and are rock solid early reading activities.

Good extra learning tool
This game adds some fun and thinking to spell different words. The student has to form the correct words in order to move on to the next spelling activity. The only thing is that there are no teaching tools. The game just seems like a way for students to see different letters and attempt to make them into words. I think it is a game better than playing and non educational one but could be better.

Just OK
I personally wasn't a fan of this app. Although I like the vibrant colors, fun sounds, and interactiveness of it, I feel like it was a little too overwhelming and vague. I think that the app had too much stuff on it to the point where it may be overwhelming for a student to use on their own. Also, I feel like the app has a lack on instructions, making it more confusing to navigate through.
