As a teaching tool I think it is great. There are resources and how to videos. There is also an education version though you need to make a purchase of the Music First Online Classroom. I used the free version and it worked fine for my purposes. What I liked most was how students found each others projects online in the class group I created, listened to each others projects, left comments (great for feedback) and finally voted. Very collaborative. It was a huge success with my students.
