Great tool, poor customer service and appalling pricing strategy

I have built up a large bank of resources over many years.
Unfortunately in the space of one academic year the pricing structure has changed so drastically that I cannot afford the resource (I based my budget submission over 6 months ago on the price I paid last year, plus a buffer for inflation); the Pro subscription has gone up from 62.99 to 199.99 and even the new 'essentials' subscription is 119.99 - still almost a 50% increase in the budget I have been allocated for this resource - no way could I have budgeted for such a high increase. And, without paying to upgrade I am now locked out of my bank of quizzes after being a customer for over 10 years. Very poor service.
