My Take
Socrative is very easy to use in a number of ways. I use it for bellringers, formative assessment, pretests, reviews, and classbuilding. The latest update fixed just about everything I would like to see fixed except for being able to organize your classes and the Socrative quizzes I make for each class. I wish I could setup classes and make quizzes for each class. Right now all premade quizzes are all together and can make it hard to locate the quiz you need. I am very careful about how I name my quizzes to make that part easier.Other than that Socrative is a great tool!
How I Use It
I use Socrative in many ways in my classroom, but I love it for formative assessment. It's an easy way assess your students each day and gain powerful data to help drive instruction. I love the way it gives me immediate feedback on how well students are learning in my classroom.
