My Take
I think this is a great tool for making screen recording videos. I personally write better on a screen then with the computer so I find this tool to be much more helpful but I can understand why others may not like it. Overall, I think this tool makes uploading extra help videos simple and easy.
How I Use It
As a future math teacher I would use this product to record extra help videos to post to my blog for the students to watch while doing homework at home. With common core taking over math curriculum, it is really hard for parents to help their students with math due to a lack of understanding. With these videos the hope is that they are able to gain enough understanding to help their child or if the child's parents are unable to help them that they might be able to help themselves.
