My Take
This site works well with all subject areas, not just vocabulary/word study. It is simple to find word lists for published materials or to make your own list. Student accounts are easy to create and students can connect and compete against each other. There are many ways to practice and test vocabulary and definitions.
How I Use It
My class signs up for an account and connects to my classroom at the beginning of the year. I attach all lists that we use to our classroom dashboard so students do not have to search for the right list. Students can use the website to practice during stations during the class, but use it mainly at home - on their computers or on their mobile device via the app. The tests can also be printed as practice or tests on paper for class.
