My Take
I love it. When kids want to go on something where they learn, you can't ask for more than that. The beg their parents for memberships and I often facilitate tournaments where they can face off against each other. I really love it because it meets students where they are at.
How I Use It
I use it in centers. So while I have one group working with me I will have another working on iReady and the last on prodigy. The students all know how to get on themselves so it's not an issue of getting them on.

8 years and counting...
Overall, this is a wonderful supplement to teaching math curriculum in class. I miss the assessment component that used to be available. However, I do appreciate that the assignments are aligned to state standards and let me know how long, on average, a student will take to complete the assignment.

Prodigy makes learning math fun and interesting
The game allows students to create a character and complete different quests, as well as customize their character. They are also allowed to battle other students, with them winning by getting more questions right than their opponent. It is a captivating way to learn and review their math skills.

I love to use this program in my classroom to help my students with their math skills!
I really enjoy it and my students have always asked to use it. I find it fairly easy to use and create assignments for my students. The reports are nice to see where I can give extra supports. I wish it had a specific math facts review aspect. You can assign the standard that is fact fluency, but it would be nice to have something just built in.
