My Take
As support for my teaching, this program is great. I would not rely on this to teach students but only use it for reinforcement, especially if you set up the program to keep students working on the skills.
How I Use It
I use this as a center for math to reinforce skills we have already learned. I also use the diagnostic tools as an additional check on student skills. It works well with all students including English Language Learners, Special Education students. I love battling my students in the game too :)

8 years and counting...
Overall, this is a wonderful supplement to teaching math curriculum in class. I miss the assessment component that used to be available. However, I do appreciate that the assignments are aligned to state standards and let me know how long, on average, a student will take to complete the assignment.

Prodigy makes learning math fun and interesting
The game allows students to create a character and complete different quests, as well as customize their character. They are also allowed to battle other students, with them winning by getting more questions right than their opponent. It is a captivating way to learn and review their math skills.

I love to use this program in my classroom to help my students with their math skills!
I really enjoy it and my students have always asked to use it. I find it fairly easy to use and create assignments for my students. The reports are nice to see where I can give extra supports. I wish it had a specific math facts review aspect. You can assign the standard that is fact fluency, but it would be nice to have something just built in.
