My Take
I love that my students want to play Prodigy. It feels like a game to them but helps them master concepts we are working on in class.
How I Use It
I use Prodigy as a reward during math time. My students love competing with one another and battling out. I like to assign items we are working on in class to help them master those standards while playing.

8 years and counting...
Overall, this is a wonderful supplement to teaching math curriculum in class. I miss the assessment component that used to be available. However, I do appreciate that the assignments are aligned to state standards and let me know how long, on average, a student will take to complete the assignment.

Prodigy makes learning math fun and interesting
The game allows students to create a character and complete different quests, as well as customize their character. They are also allowed to battle other students, with them winning by getting more questions right than their opponent. It is a captivating way to learn and review their math skills.

I love to use this program in my classroom to help my students with their math skills!
I really enjoy it and my students have always asked to use it. I find it fairly easy to use and create assignments for my students. The reports are nice to see where I can give extra supports. I wish it had a specific math facts review aspect. You can assign the standard that is fact fluency, but it would be nice to have something just built in.
