This product is fantastic! It is so engaging and fun for my students. I love it as a teacher because I can modify work for all my students. I can assign work that correlates directly to our state standards.

My Take
My overall opinion is that is is a fantastic tool to use in the classroom! More than anything my favorite thing was to see the excitement and engagement levels of my students in the area of math. They wanted to play daily, and we did! What was even more great is that I feel that Prodigy really helped to created a stronger relationship between my students and myself. I would battle them on Fridays, and they were so excited to play with their teacher. Prodigy brought such a fun and math loving experience to our classroom this past year. I have also noticed that it excites young students and older students. It has made my teaching better because I can reach out to more students and really differentiate for all of my students and their different learning needs.
How I Use It
Prodigy is fantastic because I can use it in my daily teaching. I use it during centers or even whole group instruction. I love that I am able to differentiate for my students and make sure that I am able to hit all their learning needs. What worked best was using it in small groups. This was helpful because I could differentiate for my students. Those that understood a concept and were ready to move on received work that was on a more rigorous level. My students that needed extra help got review questions. It was the perfect tool to use!!
