My Take
I believe this app (and the online game) are an engaging way to submerge students into fact practice. It is very relevant to what I'm teaching during my Everyday Mathematics block of learning. My students are asking how to play at home and their math skills are improving. It allows students to try and fix errors during problem solving time, and then show students how to find the correct answer if they answered incorrectly. It is a very useful addition to my math block!
How I Use It
I use this product as a station in my math block. I also allow my students to choose anything at free choice time and this is a constant go to for 9 out of 10 kids!

8 years and counting...
Overall, this is a wonderful supplement to teaching math curriculum in class. I miss the assessment component that used to be available. However, I do appreciate that the assignments are aligned to state standards and let me know how long, on average, a student will take to complete the assignment.

Prodigy makes learning math fun and interesting
The game allows students to create a character and complete different quests, as well as customize their character. They are also allowed to battle other students, with them winning by getting more questions right than their opponent. It is a captivating way to learn and review their math skills.

I love to use this program in my classroom to help my students with their math skills!
I really enjoy it and my students have always asked to use it. I find it fairly easy to use and create assignments for my students. The reports are nice to see where I can give extra supports. I wish it had a specific math facts review aspect. You can assign the standard that is fact fluency, but it would be nice to have something just built in.
