Community Review for Prodigy Math
My Take
As an overall teaching tool, this product is awesome. It is everything that you want from an online tool: free, easy to use, decent reports, engaging, adaptive. I like that my students want to get on here. It is fairly new, so not every skill has a lesson. My main critique is that I wish assignments and lessons were more developed, but overall, it has everything we need for our classes.
How I Use It
We use this product in all of our 1st-5th grade classrooms during Math Station Rotations. Students work independently, and it is adaptive. Our students will beg to play it! It starts each student off with an assessment, and then after that, it adapts to meet the students where they are at. It is interactive, and students need almost no assistance after the first 3 minutes.
