My Take

Padlet is a versatile tool. I like how you can choose from the different format options, as well as being able to use it as a collaboration tool.

How I Use It

I have used Padlet for many purposes. One of the main activities I use it for is to create a Vocabulary Padlet for each class. Each week, students add a new vocabulary word to the Padlet. At the end of the week, students vote on their three favorite words. I then take the top three vote getters and add them to their Quizlet list. The ability to vote on posts is great. I have also had students use Padlet for research projects, showcasing stories they have written, and a number of other uses. We are now trying out the new Sandbox functionality.
