My Take

Overall, it’s a great teaching tool. Students find it easy to learn. I like the fact that I can moderate the posts before they appear on the student’s screen. One option I would love to see would be a Mind map mode where students can add new ideas and extend thinking in a bubble map mode. Overall - one of my top three educational programs. :)

How I Use It

I use Padlet often with my class. I have students posting responses to texts that we are reading or that they have read. They can brainstorm examples of different categories as we read using the shelf option (parts of speech, reading strategies, new vocab.) Last year I had them all add to a Padlet in timeline mode when learning about the history of music. There are so many great applications of this program.
