A Space For Sharing
Community Review for Padlet
My Take
I like being able to have a digital space as a gallery of student work. I can only display so much work on my walls and other digital platforms are limited on features like anonymity and aesthetic backgrounds. It builds students confidence and gives them a safe space for hard conversations. I love Padlet!
How I Use It
Padlet is my favorite space to share student work. My students post poems or short stories they've written, blurbs about books they are reading, and biographies on someone they have interviewed. It is a great space for "publishing" their work for others to see. I also love that we can keep writers anonymous if the task lends itself to that. We also use it to generate discussions on argumentative topics, creating classroom norms, and more.
