My Take

I really appreciate being able to have a tool such as Padlet in my toolbox. It is easy to use and even better - reuse. I love the new slideshow feature and plan to use it with my Math For Social Justice class. It creates a quick slideshow of posts which will be great to get quick student opinions on a topic and they can even use it anonymously

How I Use It

I really love using Padlet at the beginning of the school year. It gives me a way to learn about my students before school even starts. I post a "Time For A Selfie" Padlet in Google Classroom a week or two before school starts. I make it anonymous and have students post about things they like: favorite foods, activities, etc. It is a great way for students to see common interests and give me an idea of topics/interests I can add to our math class. I also like to post an anonymous Padlet about "Pet Peeves." It helps me understand my students better!
