My Take

I really like all of the new features in Padlet. The AI-driven templates are fun to use, and even though I rarely use the complete plans/suggestions they produce, they are still excellent ways to get new ideas.

How I Use It

I've used this a lot as a lead-up to writing practice. Usually, students will have a writing task at the end of a topic and throughout the week I will give them time to work together and complete outlines/profiles of the writing subject. Because they add videos, pictures, websites, etc., it becomes a comprehensive database they can curate. It's also an easy way for me to give feedback. This way, when they have to write in class, they have ready-made, peer-checked, and feedback driven notes to use.

I've also used it in delivering workshops to my colleagues. They appreciate having something easy to use and flexible in their breakout groups.
